Chelsea of Room to Inspire sent in this super creative and gender-neutral party held for her 5 year old’s birthday. She mixed up the colors with a little pink, blue & black and it worked out perfectly for the pop-art inspired decorations and dessert table. Chelsea also happens to be one crafty mama. She created her own cityscapes out of cardboard, and sewed personalized capes and masks as favors for each guest. To keep the kids entertained, there was an obstacle course, a coloring project and superhero bingo... even a book exchange in lieu of gifts. Check out her blog for more details (and since today just so happens to be Chelsea’s birthday... be sure to wish her a happy one when you visit!).

WONDERFUL!! Love the great colors.
I hope my kids like superheros growing up, because I think this party would be a blast to have. Right now i just have to do ladybugs and dinosaurs, but we will work up to villains and superheros:)
Oh so cute!

I would love to come to this party!!! I grew up on all the super hero's and like any child out there, they would love this. : D
AMAZING party! I just love this!!
Love those superhero capes (sure the kids did, too!) and are those superpower rings? So many great party details!
We just had a superhero party for my 4 year old son and I just put the pics up on my blog! Wish I had seen this before I had mine! I like the building background.
